General Terms and Conditions

 

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services and quotes from Tech24. By using our services you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

2. Quotes and prices

All quotes are without obligation and valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Agreements and implementation

We do our best to execute appointments on time and as agreed. Delays will be discussed with you as soon as possible.

 

4. Payment

Invoices must be paid within 14 days of invoice date. Late payment may result in additional charges.

 

5. Warranty

Our work is covered by a 6-month warranty, unless otherwise agreed. Damage due to incorrect use is not covered by the warranty.

 

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability remains limited to the amount of the invoice in question.

 

7. Cancellation

A scheduled appointment can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations, costs may be charged.

 

8. Complaints

Complaints about our services must be reported within 7 days after execution. We will then look for a suitable solution together.

 

9. Privacy

We handle your data with care. These are only used for our services and never shared with third parties without permission.
